If a parent gives permission for me to move out, can the other one fight it? Are there any laws pertaining?

Im 17 1/2 and my parents have joint physical custody. I just need to know, if I get permission from one of my parents (they're divorced) to move into another home, is it likely that my other parent will have time to have me removed from the home before i turn eighteen? It will only be two months? Are there any laws pertaining to this matter? If a parent gives permission for me to move out, can the other one fight it? Are there any laws pertaining?
If your parents have joint custody, I would think that the other parent could fight your move if he or she disapproved. The disapproving parent could perhaps even charge the parent who gave permission with being ';unfit'; because she or he allowed you to move into this other home.

Couldn't you just wait until you're eighteen? Or could you make sure that both parents approve?
