My ex-husband owes over $30,000 in child support and hasn't seen his 2 sons in almost 3 years. I live in KY He lives in WV He says he doesn't want to pay because I have remarried and he doesn't want my husband to benefit from him. I don't work, so my husband provides 100% of my children's support, not their father. The courts are totally unfair because they refuse to make him take care of his kids.Are you a parent who is deliquent on child support?
No luckily this problem does not plague me
my first daughters dad owes over 50 thousand...my daughter will never see a penny of it.
