Probably not arrested automatically, but most certainly there would be some questioning. Cops aren't usually keen to jump the gun on such matters, and kids can and do make things up sometimes.
If it can be proven that the parent took the friend home without the kid's parent's consent.. it doesn't look good for the guy right off the bat.
It depends on a lot of ';what-ifs';. Is there physical evidence of the sexual assault? More than likely that would result in an immediate arrest WHILE they continue their investigation. If there isn't physical evidence, they will continue an investigation and then take the report to the prosecuting attorney's office. If they issue a warrant then the person would be arrested.
Not automatically, charges have to be filed and accusations made and then maybe an arrest of the perp. Charges such as these have to be backed up with testimonies it's a hassle to file and to receive. That's why so many of these attacks are rarely reported, but they must be reported to authorities for the safety of others.
It needs to be looked into. Try to be discreet but serious. If the allegation is false, or a misunderstanding, you could ruin that guys life. But if it's true, then he needs help before he becomes a predator, unless he is already then he needs to go where he can really be appreciated.
Don't know, but if I were the kid's father, I would know EXACTLY what to do.
Should, if not they might get bolder with the next. Best to stop him now rather than later. GO TO THE POLICE!!!
