How would you respond to a parent who says she wants her baby to be really smart?

How would you respond to a parent who says she wants her baby to be really smart?How would you respond to a parent who says she wants her baby to be really smart?
Well i think I would rather my child be smart and educated and wise, as opposed to intellectually challenged with learning difficulties!

Good luck constructing your essay - you can't even construct a proper sentance...How would you respond to a parent who says she wants her baby to be really smart?
i think every parent wants their child to be smart. it doesnt mean they wont accept them if they arent as quick as some of the other kids.
well don't we all, who wants their child to struggle with learning
you're ambitious compared to everyone else, good for you
umm,,

well id be all like

';thats great, every parent wants the best for their baby, You should read to he/she everyday, and play with the baby, and make sure they go to good schools';
Well good for her, I am sure we all want our babies to be fairly educated and smart!
i'll much rather hear that than ';i want my baby to be really dumb.';
';good for you'; I suppose... it's not exactly a bad thing...doesn't everyone want that?
ummm gluck cuz if she anything like u idk?
As opposed to what, being stupid? Every parent wants the best for their children and want them to shine brighter than everyone else. Call it a form of egotism, but what mother wouldn't want her little one to be the top of the class and have the elusive bragging right to have that bumper sticker on her mini van that proclaims that she is the parent of a straight A Honor Roll student? Don't read so heavily into things; it's not like she'll pull a baby in the basket move if the kid doesn't perform Moonlight Sonata or have memorized Pi to a minimum of 20 decimal places by age 3.
They're all smart in their own way.
Everyone wants their babies to b smart ((:
I wouldn't really have anything to say. Good for her. I also want my son to be smart. That's not a bad thing, she's not saying she will not love her child if he/she is not smart, but don't we all want the best life possible for our children? It's definitely easier to get far in life when you're intelligent.
Doesn't ever parent say they want there baby to be really smart?

I would say to them. I am sure you are gonna have a really smart baby. The world they are growing up in is scary but it has so many things to look forward to when they get older. I would also say I want them to have the smartest baby in the world also so maybe they can figure out things that no one has been able to.
