im 17 and looking for a good place to have a tattoo done in kansas city, i do have my dads consent and he will be with me when i get it done.. anyone know of a place that will do it??Who will tattoo a underage teen with parent consent in kansas city?
i'm not sure about in kansas (myself being from Canada), but usually if you have the written consent of your guardian/parents (forms they make you sign at the tattoo shop), you shouldn't have a problem getting a tattoo while being underage
