What questions should I ask a parent/teacher in an interview about parental involvement experiences?

Depending on what you are looking for..safety first..do they know how to do common first aid? What is their experience with kids and for how long? Have they ever been convicted of a crime? What are their refrences? Better safe than sorry!!! Do they have experience feeding young children with allergies? What are your values in teaching? What are you going to teach? Why? here are some of the ones I would ask first..this should lead you to other questions...but here is a hint, watch their eyes and body languge as you ask and they answer..this can tell you all the hidden things faster than a question!!
