Depends on what state/country you live in and the rules of the shop.





Some places refuse to mod anyone under 16 even with parental consent. Some places will mod only those older than 18.





You'll have to find a place and ask. As long as your parent/guardian goes with you and is present at the time of the piercing, you SHOULDN'T have a problem. But call and ask before hand. Keep in mind many of us can see thru tricks (that means your bff won't cut for being your mother) Make sure where ever you go is clean and safe and that the piercer is friendly, helpful and informative.Can you be 14 and get a Monroe piercing with a parent's consent?

Yeah I think the rules are like this but locality will be different...btw what is a monroe piercing, never heard the term...
There is probably some ways to do what ever you want, no matter how old you are. So I think that is possible, but it's not safe! Maybe you could wait couple of years. I know you won't change your mind, but just think about that!
Yeah, as long as you have a parents conset.


Just don't do it yourself.. my friend tried that, and it didn't turn out too well..
i was 16 when i got mines , but im pretty sure you can get it as long as your mom comes wit you (or some one who looks old enough to be your mom)
