depends on which state and what you're getting peirced... offically it's 18 in most places, but if you are getting the lobe peirced most places will do it at 16... if you are doing other, you can find some places to do it cheap for less, but sometimes it's better to go to the nicer place and wait...How old do you have to be to get pierced without a parent or gaurdian?
you could always go to a place and get it done under aged, probably going to cost more thought, and the quality might not be that good, but if you want it that bad then it's out there,

It depends where you live, plus where you want pierced.





Here it's 16 for ears but 18 for tongue, nose and other body parts.

i think it is 13 most places dont care i have like 25 peircings and i am 18 got my first one when i was 13 with out a parent get snake bites those are sick.
