My son is almost 11 %26amp; his Dad is telling him that he can come live with him when he turns 12. It makes me nervous.In Virginia, how old does a child have to be to decide which parent to live with?
I live in Virginia, and as far as I know a child has to be 13 to be able to make that decision on their own.
