I really want to switch schools because i have looots of issues at this school which i dont wanna get into. would you let me use my bestfriend's address (which is ok by her parents) to switch into her school?If you were my parent, would you let me switch schools by letting me use a friend's address?

yes just because its ok with her parents and you have issues because otha wise it would be risky because you could get your bestfriends people in some big trouble. But the pros out wiegh the cons so i would do it for you.
