When a child recieves disability benifits from a parent and that parent becomes arrested for criminal reasons?

Does the benifits that the child is recieving stopWhen a child recieves disability benifits from a parent and that parent becomes arrested for criminal reasons?
I believe that the child would be removed from that parents home, and if there is someone else in the home deemed a responsible parent, I would think the benifits would still be available for the child. I don't think the child would suffer,..it depends on who gets custody, I am sureWhen a child recieves disability benifits from a parent and that parent becomes arrested for criminal reasons?
The benefits continue since the child remains disabled.

However, if the parent is incarcerated %26amp; therefore unable to care for the minor disabled child, the probate court would intervene unless an alternative capable adult caregiver could be established as guardian of the minor child.

The disability benefits would then go to the child IN CARE OF the new caregiver
