What happens when both parent miss a child support hearing?

that's sad. does neither parent care enough to show up and support the child they created? no matter what the outcome it is irresponsible on both parties. What happens when both parent miss a child support hearing?
Any pre-existing order will stand.

Any future motions will be put on the calendars back burner...so to speak.

So, if you have what you would call...an emergency request...it may take 6-12 months to have your day in front of the judge. What happens when both parent miss a child support hearing?
they would have to reschedule. call the court house or your attorney. If the other is taking you to court, call their attorney.
Was the child in the hospital or something?

I think they can ask for another hearing, can't they?
You're lucky I am not the judge.
means pure hell
